Potato Festival, The 15th edition, 2015 (Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita County, Romania). The potato is representative for the Ciuc Depression. The objective of the festival are recreation, preservation and popularization of traditions specific to Ciuc area and presentation of this wonderful food.
