The template was created with PhotoDirector 8 and consists of 2 photos. Main photo- a landscape from Paris. Added a layer- photo where the sky is blue with lovely clouds. Moved the layer so the sky can be added where I want it and erased the other part of the photo, so we can see the main picture.
